I've started our family's food storage and this is awesome! Step by step on how to preserve, can, store, etc... I'm so glad I purchased this- I love the series in general! I definitely recommend buying this for yourself as well as family members and friends to help them get started on their way as well. This really spells it out without all of the confusing stuff that you won't remember anyway! Great for beginners thru advanced! Great Christmas gift for families!
