I'm a pie baker; I haven't ever made a cupcake or a cake other than out of a box. I was a little worried that is would be difficult or the cupcakes wouldn't come out. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. The cupcakes I've made have been simple and delicious. Each recipe better than the last. I'm completely hooked. Thank you Martha for making this so easy and very, very flavorful! I continue to look forward to the next batch that I make. The only drawback is that I can't eat just one!

MS Cupcakes is great as all MS books...recipes sofiscated but easy to make.

The top reason to buy this book is for the recipes. The flavors of the cupcakes and frostings are excellent! The cupcakes come out moist without being crumbly, and hold up well to the frostings and fillings.

I have had the Cupcakes book for about 2months now and made 1/2 a dozen of the recipes. they are easy to follow and don't require hunting down ingredients in specialty shops. my co-workers are happy i have the book too because they get to sample all of the cupcakes!!
