I have been following Joy's Life Diet for a little over a month. I have lost 12 pounds and know it will stay off for life. This book is amazing. It involves a true lifestyle change. It's not easy, it requires determination. It is well worth it. I feel healthier than ever. Recipes are easy to follow and taste great. Once learn program it's simple to follow. Overall program (food) is expensive, but again, worth it.
