This book had alot of poses, explained very well how to do each one. I did not watch video yet.

I purchased this book after years of back pain. The fact that the exercises on the DVD are broken into groups is very helpful. There are days I can only do one 15 minute segment. The DVD does move through the postures a little too quickly. A slower speech pattern and pace would help on the bad days. overall I would definately recommend this book.
