If you like or love cheesecake this is a wonderful book. It gives you alot of crust recipes along with cheesecake recipes. I love this book. I have made some of the cakes and they have all been great. It also gives great instructions. Plus it expanded my own ideals for my own cheesecake recipes. I can only say great thing about this book.

I have made several Recipes out of this book. All of them are Delicious. The best I have ever made. I have gotten many "Awesome Cheesecake" comments from people eating a piece of the HEAVEN on a plate

Good recipes...but

These are very good cheesecake recipes. I love to cook and bake, but I also love proper grammar and punctuation. It's a shame that the very first sentence in the front flap of the book's cover reads "It's cheesecake at it's finest." Wrong! It's = it is and its = possessive. English 101. Unfortunately, it is a mistake made often by many, but I wouldn't expect it from a book publisher/editor. Oh well, the recipes are good and do present "cheesecake at its finest."

I had my first bite of Junior's Cheesecake a few years ago and I wanted the recipe. NOW I have Junior's cookbook and love it. There are no bad recipes in this book. If you love cheesecake this is the book for you.

Junior's....the name says it all. If you need more to make a decision whether to buy the book or not, I'll see if I can help.
Lots of terrific, easy-to-follow recipes with mouth-watering close-up photos of cheesecake after cheesecake.
There is enough variety to please everyone. Like other reviewers, I love the mini-cheesecakes and the Triple Chocolate Cheesecake.
Warnings: the recipes call for ingredients you may not have on hand--read the recipes before going to the grocery store. Secondly, the recipes can be time-consuming--great things take time.
