I have just started reading this book, and so far I'm hooked! This book is so well written that I just want to keep reading it to see what else Bob has to say. If you don't like all of the meal plans there are ways to substitute other foods that make it more appealing for you. I already have another book to go along with Bobs' meal plan. If you're serious about losing weight and keeping it off, you're going to want to read this book! Go Bob!
I loved the rules. Very easy to understand and even if I don't want to follow to the letter, still some good stuff.
I didn't love the meal program. Very unappealing.
